Title: Updick back in Jail?
Post by: dallaswareagle on February 13, 2013, 12:46:54 PM
From NBC 38's Christina Chambers: "a Lee County judge has revoked Harvey Updyke's bond. He is currently being booked into lee county detention facility."

From the bookface.

I wish the dumbfuck would just get it over with and plead guilty.  By not doing so, he is simply delaying the inevitable.

Violation of terms of his release.

Quote
The judge said Updyke violated terms of his bond by getting arrested and notes that Louisiana still has an arrest warrant for him.

We need him locked up here so we can try him before LA gets him.
