An Oregon man says an IRS agent pressured him into sex by threatening a tax penalty, according to a lawsuit filed last month.

KVAL News reports that Vincent Burroughs filed the suit with the U.S. District Court in Eugene on Jan. 25 "as a result to coercive conduct by Defendant [Dora] Abrahamson," an Internal Revenue Service agent from Cottage Grove.

In August 2011, Burroughs claims Abrahamson called to inform him he would be audited by the IRS. Burroughs said he had not met Abrahamson before those calls, nor had he heard that he was being audited by the IRS.

"She was sending me texts that she wanted to come out, give me massages because she needed to help me relax," Burroughs told the station.

Burroughs alleges Abrahamson sent him several flirtatious text messages offering massages and racy photos of herself throughout the next two months.

Then, in September 2011, Abrahamson came to Burroughsâ€™ home wearing provocative clothing, the lawsuit claims.

"She said that she could impose no penalty, or a 40 percent penalty, and that if he would give her what she wanted, she would give him what she needed,â€ according to the lawsuit.

Burroughs, who claims he was sexually harassed and intimidated, had sex with Abrahamson in his home that evening as a result.

IRS officials were unavailable for comment last week, KVAL News reports.

Burroughs is seeking restitution from the U.S. government for employing Abrahamson and not properly enforcing their rules involving the Privacy Act.
