This is a very long but extremely worthwhile read from Texas Monthly about a man who spent 25 years in a Texas prison after being wrongfully convicted of killing his wife. Absolutely egregious prosecutorial misconduct. Just stunning.

You stupid asshole.
GWB was in college when this man was convicted.
You have got to get back on your meds.

But he was governor when "Absolutely egregious prosecutorial misconduct" was still taking place and getting worse. Would you like me to pull up the articles for you? Oh yeah, and GWB was AWOL from college like he was from the ANG.

Despite my mostly conservative leanings I am anti death penalty in most cases for this reason. 25 years in prison wrongly fully convicted is really bad. Being dead for 25 years because you were wrongfully convicted is wrose.

That's happening in TX too.
