Lots of chatter about him coming home. Speculation that I heard is to coach RB's or WR's. I would've thunk QB's if it were to happen. There appears to be a mass exodus from FSU. Stoops the DC left along with their DE coach and there's lots of articles indicating Eddie Gran may be leaving too. I would love to get D Craig back to coach anything. He's their recruiting dude and has done a great job at FSU. I always liked Gran too but I would imagine his next stop may be HC somewhere.

Why would you have thought that when we have a QB coach?
-
Coach Gran leaving to be the OC at Cincinnati, under Coach Tubs. Craig would be coming in as the WR Coach, if he decides to come back home (crossing my fingers on that).

Since he was a QB, I would've thought that would have been the position he would have taken.

Oh, ok.

So, Craig is suppose to be in Auburn today according to AUC.

He was in town last night, according to numerous eyewitness reports. He's allegedly in the area while scooping out the Alabama vs Mississippi all star game Saturday in Montgomery.

Something tells me Craig will be Auburns newest WR coach and Recruiting coordinator.

So I see this on fb:

Of course you can only see if you pay, so my comment is:
Maybe if you guys made this possible to read, other Auburn fans would know what this meant without having to pay for some subscription. I guess only paying customers deserve the news right? READ THE CREED!

http://www.chatsports.com/auburn-tigers/a/Auburn-Interested-in-Ex-Arkansas-Running-Backs-Coach-Tim-Horton-2-7095775#
Horton collected a nice receiver class in '08 / coached some talented backs at a difficult place to recruit yet with or w/o Craig the emphasis already seems a heavy lean toward offense.
So my question is:
Who will stop the opposition from scoring?

Uh...the news really is all in that link:
Auburn made contact with Arky RB coach, Tim Horton.
-
In FSU assistant coaching news not worthy of its own thread, Bama DB coach Jeremy Pruitt leaving Bama. Could be a blow to their recruiting.

Does that mean Darius won't get qualified?

Yup, the FSU Board of Trustees approved the â€Direct Support Organization†to help with the coach's contracts and something to do with the severance packages in the coach's contracts.

And of course he quotes "one source":
(http://One source speculated that new Auburn coach Gus Malzahn did not actually want to hire Craig, but received pressure from Auburn boosters to interview him,)
Creating controversy where there is none.

So it looks like we are turned down by DC for WR coach after offering him a big raise (rumored he wanted to coach QB's) and now a HS OC from SC turns us down for QB coach?
