If all of the red states (or any states that disagree) say NO, what would happen?

It would be a very tough uphill battle for states to regain their rights.  They began taking them 150 years ago and have not relented since.

Ever since those damned DC federalists decided to start some shit.

But seriously, I don't think what we passed will hold water. Supreme law of the land and all. Mainly symbolic. Even for people that are Pro ACA why would you have an issue with me opting out?
