Watched most of the Troy/WKU game last night. A couple of observations. Troy's starting QB got knocked the fudge out on the last play of the half. His back up played the entire 2nd half. The starter for Troy, the back up and WKU's QB all make anything we have on the roster look like pee wee players. Sad.
Also, The WKU Cookie Monsters have a middle LB that goes 260, moves like a cat and will take your head off. Why does he play for Western Kentucky...and we have a Jake?
And, why is it that Troy is the featured game on ESPN..well, they were up against Tulsa and UTEP...and they can only put about 15,000 in the stands? May not have been that many. I understand that question kind of contradicts itself. It's on TV so why is no one in the stands. I've just always thought for a school like Troy to be the featured game, you'd want a good showing in the stands, but I'm not sure that place was half full.
Grimace
Saw a note last night where Grimace/Cookie Monster/whatthefuckeveritis is one of 8 mascots in the Hall of Fame. Of course, the Aubster is there too.
Fact is, every time I turn on a "lesser" college game these days, or see a Fr. QB playing somewhere, like aTm for instance, of a QB playing in a new system, they look light years ahead of Frazier.

I didn't see the game. Troy has a good fan base of alum. They're very loyal, but that's a long ass way for most people to go to see a game that's on TV.
The WKU LB was the lowest rated 2* that Rivals has a rating for. He has added 45 pounds since getting there too.
