The first third of the season is over. 

Where are we?

Defense

86th in total defense averaging 419 yards per game.  (Texas Tech is #1 by the way)
61st in scoring defense averaging 23.5 points per game.
50th in pass defense averaging 211 yards per game.
104th in rush defense averaging 208 yards per game. 
54th in 3rd down conversions at 36%.

Offense

109th in plays of 10 yards or more. 
114th in scoring offense averaging 17.5 points per game.
75th in rushing offense averaging 153 yards per game.
119th in passing offense averaging 144 yards per game.
116th in total offense averaging 297 yards per game.
119th in first downs averaging 15 per game.
120th in third down conversions at 28%.
103rd in time of possession averaging 27:24 per game.


Team:

79th in penalties with 25 penalties on the year and 6.3 penalties per game.
122nd in the turnover margin at -2 per game and 123rd in the turvover margin at -8 for the year.
101st in punt returns averaging 4.6 per return. 
Cody Parkey is tied for 1st in the nation going 7/7 on field goals. 
Corey Lemonier is tied for 4th in the nation with 5 sacks.  He leads the SEC.
In terms of quarterback rating, Kiehl Frazier isn't in the top 100 quarterbacks in college football.
Daren Bates is 3rd in the country with 47 tackles.
