I call bs on this one. We need better qb play. The rest of the O has looked sound to me. We need better LB and DB play on D. The DE's have looked very good and DT's suspect. Overall, it does not suck. I think we may see CM in the second half and if the Oline can give him some time, we can loosen up the MSU D.

This Auburn team sux. Beyond imaginable suckage. Worse than any "Auburn will return to their normal 6-6" bullshit.
Some here were all :wartim:
Other's were like me, and wanted to see the product to make a decision.
Still others' thought it might be a rough season but...
All were wrong.
We are fucking horrible. The ONLY phase of the game that is any good is the special teams, and namely the FG unit for us.
Frazier is horrible. I say that coming in being willing to give him some time. The whole deal with changing coordinators was to play defense, field position, and run the ball and the clock. Great idea, except we can't throw the ball, so we can't run the ball either, nor can we play any defense. The middle of the defense sucks. Secondary sucks.
The amount of "improvement" that it will take to get this team to a bowl would be unprecedented.
Any motherfucking fool that thinks "more creative playcalling" is the answer needs to be shot. This team can't consistently execute the most base plays.
This team reminds me of the Franklin debacle without a defense.
You're blind.
Or, possibly know more than people saying that this team sux. One or the other is probably true.
And how can it be that way only two years removed from a MNC?
I expected taking a step backwards losing Cam, Fairley, and 24 Seniors off the 2010 team. I didn't expect taking 2 steps back off the young, but talented 2011 team.. Exactly. We look worse than last year. The offense is especially bad which is saying a lot considering how bad the defense is.
Please, enlighten us.Already did. You're free to say what you will but it doesn't help the team saying they suck. Esp when they don't.

Holland could not tackle nor cover my dead mother.Hard for me to believe that he is the best MLB we have. Really hard.

Not creative play calling but maybe adjusted to our strengths since fraziers arm obviously isn't one of them. Maybe go to a heavier running game. Short screens and dumps. Something. Nothing over 15 yards downfield for KF. I'm just asking for some adjustments. No one could have imagined KF would be this bad including loeffler himself.
Not only did I imagine it, I said so. Could see it on his face and in his eyes last year. Not. SEC. Caliber. Never will be.
We'd be better served to go to the ND box or wildcat or some shit and just snap directly to RBs.
Maybe he can become a WR-and be an inspration to the team.

It would be great if we had JJ already here or someone to get some reps but apparently, we have no other option at QB.

The coaches weren't giving â€coach speakâ€, they were sadly telling the truth.

Here is the problem when your foundation sucks what is their to build on?
Seriously we already have seen Moseley he isn't better, not to mention he couldn't beat out Frazier. So who do we have Wallace? Pfft doubtful. What I saw today can't be learned. Kaos was right Kiehl is bad, but so is Moseley. So what does that leave us with?... some freshman hope for next year? Riiiiight.

It's not players I'm worried about.
It's that we have multiple four star recruits playing defensive tackle, and none of them can stuff the run.
It's that we have multiple four star middle linebackers, and the only one getting playing time is the undersized white boy with a ridiculous hair style.
It's that we have multiple four star players in the secondary with many of them sitting on the bench and the ones on the field are leaving 3-4 yard cushions and then piss-poor tackling ball carriers.
It's that we have a supposedly "deep" running back stable, and we aren't giving them the chance to be successful.
It's that we have an NFL, sure-thing receiver and an NFL tight end, and with those two guys' ability to grab the attention of opposing defenses, we can't find another receiver to throw to.
It's that we have an offense that has zero concept of the word rhythm.
It's that after four years, no, five years, we've yet to find a quarterback to build on besides the comic book hero that fell from the Blinn heavens in 2010.
It's not players I'm worried about. Can't believe I'm saying this.........Is that you Coach Barfield?

Looks like we have 1 star talent Evaluation or 1 star coaching.
As someone mentioned in another thread, you may miss on a few guys. Recruiting services may have gotten it wrong with a couple. This is true. It's either on field or off that they are having issues but it seems mostly off.
But we're seeing the majority of our highly rated recruits not live up to their potential.
