How is there no NCAA rule violation here? I thought this kind of shit is EXACTLY the kind of thing the NCAA regulations are designed to prevent?

Especially when you look at the Penn State scorching, and they determine that that was within their jurisdiction and an egregious violation of their rules.

And of course, I've already seen this used several times as a vehicle to compare UNC to Auburn and further support the notion that the NCAA lets teams get away with murder to protect their own image.

Did the violations start to encroach on the basketball program, a program that truly makes a lot of money for the NCAA?
