Title: Christian Hackenberg
Post by: AUChizad on July 22, 2012, 09:34:52 PM
A Penn State commit with an offer from Bama. #7 QB.

Apparently he is no longer crazy about Penn State. Especially now with the bowl ban. Has Auburn as his #2 behind Penn State.

With two QBs already committed, it could get interesting.

He has us #2 (behind South Carolina), according to Mike Farrell from Rivals. He's apparently made up his mind to decommit from PSU, stating that he "wants to play in a bowl game."

If the rumors are true that Penn State players can transfer without having to sit out a year, it's going to get really interesting to see who goes where.

Maybe LB Khairi Fortt would like to give Auburn another look, now that it has been two years since BCW I (when our coaches elected to stop having contact with him, still not sure why they decided on Fortt but whatever....thanks Evan Woodbammer).

Word on the skreetz is that Penn State transfers will not count against the school's scholarship limit. Don't know if that counts for only current enrollees, or recruits as well. If recruits are included, that makes this decision much easier for Auburn.

BTW, expect Saban (and Kiffin) to exploit the shit out of this loophole.

It's a good thing we don't need a tight end, because there's none to be found up there.

Might could find us a good Wide Receiver though.

You don't say much, friend; but when you do, it's to the point and I salute you for it.
