You know you're getting close to the Red Light District when you start seeing guys like this around. They had all the best intentions when they started out early on Saturday morning. They were going to smoke the stuff that everyone tells you about... the Jamaican gold. Unfortunately by 1:00 PM, they've forgotten where they are... they don't remember where they left their cell phones... their wallets are missing... their girlfriend's disappeared... Life's good.
