Not cheating. Maybe unethical to try to pull one over on the ump, but ill give him benefit of ghe doubt 

But, once you don't get the call...you have to be incredibly stupid to keep arguing when you know good and well that instant replay will make you look like a roid rage idiot that didn't get close to being hit.
