Isaiah Crowell arrested and charged with possession of a concealed weapon (misdemeanor), weapon in a school zone (felony) and altered ID mark (felony), per ACC jail log.

RT @BryanDFischer: RT @SethEmerson: Quick story on Isaiah Crowell arrest on three charges, including two felonies. http://t.co/XoVTbTnw

2 felonies?? Holy shit. One thing I will say about UGA vs Bammer is the Ga media doesn't usually HIDE their shenanigans like ours does Bammer. Barnhardt and Schultz usually hammer them pretty good when needed.

Another UGAy arrest?
Another bust at the RB position for Richt?
Say it ain't so.

I proclaimed to the X they would find a way to fuck up this red carpet of a season they were handed. It has begun.

David Oku the 2009 #1 RB recruit that signed with Tennessee, but was later arrested for domestic assault charges, transferred to Arkansas State earlier this week.
Malzahn's gonna have the best backfield since 2004 Auburn when Crowell inevitably transfers there.

Will you ever let me finish a damn story?!

How stupid. How utterly stupid.
I can understand being a superstar college football player and getting busted with weed or getting into a fight or having ten baby mamas. I get that. Those are stupid mistakes made by arrogant young males.
But carrying around guns and robbing people and dealing drugs and doing something the things these guys have been arrested for? How fucking retarded.

I thought Dyer was having to sit out the year.

Crowell is claiming he didn't know the gun was there and that it doesn't belong to him. We'll see how that goes for him. The only positive he has going for him is apparently (the article isn't real clear on if somebody else drove the car earlier or at the time of the roadblock) he wasn't driving at the time they were pulled over.

$1 to the auburner.
Crowell arrested within 200 miles of Auburn's campus.. yet another sign of the festering culture stemming from Auburn's athletic department

It's hard to believe they would charge him with 2 felonies if this didn't remotely fall on him. We shall see.

Officially kicked off the team per their beat writers.

Apparently the "facts" known to the coaches satisfied them he knew what was up.

Isaiah is coming to the 3-3-4, y'all...
For at least one season, former Georgia five-star recruit Isaiah Crowell will drop off the FBS radar (until his inevitable return as a “good kid who made bad choices†at some other major-conference program in 2013). He’ll reportedly be plying his trade in Montgomery at Alabama State, if he manages to keep from being locked up as a result of that felony weapons case that sent him packing from Athens.
In his attempt to remain a free man, however, Crowell shows he’s still a Dawg at heart, enlisting Steve Sadow as his defense attorney. The Athens Banner-Herald provides a succinct bio: “His list of previous clients includes several former Georgia athletes, a co-defendant in the 2000 double-murder case that involved NFL linebacker Ray Lewis and the rapper T.I., whose real name is Cifford Harris.†Touching move to keep it in the family, there.

Terry Bowden isn't at UNA anymore...eventhough he'd have a better team there than at Akron.
-
I'm thinking the consensus on this transfer was Jacksonville St or GA Southern. Alabama St surprises me a little bit although Montgomery fits the bill.

IC1 wanted to be close to Woosie and his peeps.
