Here they go again...
USFL planning comeback, will feature a Birmingham team (http://www.al.com/sports/index.ssf/2012/05/usfl_planning_comeback_that_wi.html)

This time, they are selling themselves as a "developmental league" and will try to get along with the NFL.  And they have fans that have developed a shitty website (http://www.thenewusfl.com/).
