Roster Ht./Wt. numbers are often off, but assuming they're true...

Some observations: Somebody posted something here about Mike Blakely beefing up.  This roster doesn't reflect that.  We don't have a RB (ball carrier) over 200lbs on the spring roster.  The incoming Fr. J. Robinson may get a shot early.

Zeke Pike is a big fucker.  I have high hopes, but not high confidence.  However, getting on campus early for spring ball may be just the ticket.

Lutz has added some weight.

Our WR/TE corp is loaded...if we have someone that can get them the ball.

Reese Dismukes needs to eat a couple extra biscuits and gravy in the mornings.   Other than that, we have some serious beef on the OL, and some tall young ones that need some time to grow.  I think they'll be much improved.   Be curious to see who is in the line up at OL.

Somebody at DT is going to have to step up and start playing at a higher level.  Angelo Blackson has either slimmed down, or they really inflated his wt last year.

DE is loaded.

Holland, Evans and Rah Rah White would be a significant shift to a more sizable LB corp.  Let's hope Holland will fit in to The Stache's schemes better.  Bates still currently listed as a LB.

We have some talent and experience returning at DB.  T Bell should really make a difference.

Corey Grant is around 210lbs., also Daren Bates is moving back to Safety.

Both would be nice, but not reflected on that roster.  Assume you have skreetz?

I've got a roster here that they passed out at the scrimmage I went to just before the season. Those heights and weights are all screwed up.  Several of them are the measures coming out of high school and even some of those are not even close.  Just a few notables are Kenneth Carter at 267...nope.  Gabe Wright played at 315 last year. This roster has him at 275.  If that's the case, we need to have a talk with CoYox.  Blackson's 295 was his high school weight. Dismukes played at 300 last year, not 276.  Blakely was listed at 5'9" 206.  Somehow he shrunk to 5'8" 193 on this roster.  Westerman's 6'5" 288 was his inflated high school numbers.  He arrived at Auburn 6'3" and 277.  May be up now but that's what he was listed at on last year's preseason roster.

Jay Prosch

So, did this guy get the all clear to play this year? I know it was being discussed but I haven't gotten my email from Coach Chizik yet.
