Other than that moment, he kept his cool relatively well.

Those Hollywood types, I'd imagine especially the E! people, take their look on the red carpet quite seriously. I wonder if his tux was stained all night after that?

It's Ryan Seacrest.  I bet he keeps a Chinese family of five nearby at all times to create a new tuxedo every hour just to keep the wrinkles out.
