Maybe Auburn should've kept Tommy Tuberville

Should have kept Tuberville

It looks like Auburn made a mistake getting rid of Tommy Tuberville now that all his players have gone and graduated or left. He goes down to Texas Tech and beats Oklahoma, nearly the top team in the nation. They need to call Tommy Tuberville back.

Gus isn't in high school

Gus Malzahn is a good offensive coordinator, no doubt, but all those high school trick plays he dials up have to stop because everyone has caught on to him. He's Auburn's offensive coordinator, not Murphy High School's.

Even players in denial

I can't believe what I read in the sports section. Clint Moseley commented on how Auburn made LSU look good and phenomenal. I thought it was just Auburn fans who were in denial, but now I see that it has spread to the players.

Tide will take your coach

To all the LSU fans: Beware. If you go to Tuscaloosa this year and beat the mighty Crimson Tide again, they might offer your coach $10 million. They bought your last coach for $4 million.

No consequences for players

The problem with college sports in this country is that there are no consequences for the illegal actions of the players. If I do the same on my job, I am escorted off the property, no questions asked, and I'm not allowed to return.

What a steaming pile of shit.

Might I remind everyone that last year after three losses Bama fans and media still thought they should be in the BCS Championship game.

See, this is what happens when you put computers in elementary schools.  They learn trolling early.

Cannot believe anyone is taking any of that seriously...

What is that?  What an incoherent, rambling piece of crap.  Auburn made a mistake now that all CTT's players have gone.  Uumm...okay.  CTT beat Oklahoma so we need to call him back.  Kudos to Tommy.  Missouri almost did too.  And the point is....??

All those trick plays that Gus runs? Yes, he's good for a wrinkle or two every game.  I believe he let his back up QB throw sort of a halfback pass against LSU, which was tipped away in the endzone at the last second.  Yep, he's Harry High School.

Didn't see the Moseley quotes but it sounds like he was saying Auburn didn't execute very well so they made LSU look even better than they really are.  Sounds like a serious case of denial to me.  Who wrote this crap?

Who wrote this crap?
See bold in OP.

The Sound Off segment they introduced killed brain cells. Now apparently they're not getting enough material to fan the flames of the al.com comments section and apparently hired Birmingham away from the Chattanooga Times Free Press.

I feel dumber for reading that. Damn, I wish Phillip Marshall still wrote articles. Every since he went to AUC and quit the free press writings, these Alabama newspapers have done to shit.

Well I guess it all started the first time I went through the second grade. I caught my reflection in a spoon while I was eating my cereal, and I remember thinking "wow, you're ridiculously good looking, maybe you could do that for a career."
