Post by: djsimp on October 17, 2011, 11:59:24 AM: From what I was told from another that heard the post game interview, Chizik mentioned Malzahn and Trooper had been requesting Trotter to be benched like two weeks ago. Chizik admitted that he held on to Trotter as starter for too long. Not sure how accurate this is but it certainly doesn't sound like there is anymore "intrigue" left.

Really only need two. The starter and KF. Why would you EVER put another runner back there besides KF? WIth KF they still have to ~~respect~~ be aware of a pass.

No, Trotter can clearly put the ball where nobody can catch it. At least Mosley is in the zip code.
