I very nearly had a deer knock me off a 4 wheeler at about 25mph one time.  Damn thing came darting out just like that, but was more nimble and barely missed me.  Scared the shit out of me.

I've heard of wild beasts being "on the hoof".  This one was obviously "on ted roof", since it didn't wrap-up on the tackle.
