I heard on the radio that he was in court today with about 25 character witnesses from the bar fight.  I guess it went his way.

No.  I'd have Jefferson practicing with the wide receivers tomorrow.  The leader of your championship team doesn't get himself suspended with a high profile game against a top 5 opponent to start the season. 

Fuck him.  I wouldn't let him play a snap.

I can't argue with that logic.  JJ doesn't bring much to the table except for being more of a run threat to defend against.
