Title: Where did the BBC Code go on replies?

I must have missed something, but where did the emotiocons and BBC Code buttons go on Replies.  I am using IE.

Ive noticed on mine that it disappears about half the time now. I am not sure if it has anything to do with IE. Ive had it happen on my droid and on Chrome.

It seems we have several minor issues right now.  Has anybody checked on GF to make sure that everything is alright?  I've noticed he's been MIA.  Did he finally save up enough for that penith exthension?

The recovery time for that surgery is pretty long.  I've checked and he's just got a ton of stuff going on right now.

if he had the foresight...the godfather should have erected a firewall to cock-block the spammers too.
