Title: The solution to our defensive woes

We are perfect on onsides kicks. Since the defense is going to let the other team score anyways, let's take them out of the equation like this team does.

Agree.  Onsides every kick.  So what if they get the ball at the 40.  They'll score in less time giving our offense even more opportunities.

I was thinking the same thing a couple days ago...I mean, what would it hurt? They'll get the ball on their own 40, instead of their own 20. Just go for it, save the defenders until later in the game...like the last kickoff (kick that one deep).

Givign them a short field could solve some of the yardage-surrendered problems :sarcasm:
