I can't really tell what's going on with the Ponzi Scheme Scandal. 

Did he screw guys like Tuberville and Gottfried over?  Or are they in on the scheme?

I don't know, I've heard that he loaned money out to the coaches...over a 100k to each coach, some got a lot more.
