According to the Twitters.

Tried to sell his NC rings.
-
So, that was the player rumored to try to sell 'em.
That's how you do it. If you get a heads up, you don't wait to see if he'd be a starter.....you just go ahead and kill him on the spot once confirmed.

Lykes = Dumbass

Speaking of scholly playas...is it true what I heard this morning on the radio...that out of CTT's last two recruting classes, only 7 players are on the roster?
It must be true if it was on teh transistors.

Where have all of Auburn's upperclassmen gone?
Auburn's 105-player fall roster, released for the opening of fall camp Wednesday, revealed some fairly shocking numbers about the reigning national champions.
Not only are the Tigers returning only six starters off that team, but they're carrying nearly five dozen freshmen or redshirt freshmen into fall practice.
Auburn has 54 players with freshman eligibility on its current roster, or 51.4 percent of the team.
Add in its 19 sophomores, and 69.5 percent of the Tigers taking the field for the next two weeks will be underclassmen.
Auburn has 17 juniors and 15 seniors, with only 20 of them brought in on scholarship -- 13 juniors and seven seniors.
So what happened to all of the Tigers' upperclassmen?
A look at the last 1.5 recruiting classes of Tommy Tuberville and his staff sheds some light. That is, the 2008 class and the 2009 signees who committed to Auburn before Tuberville resigned as coach on Dec. 3, 2008.
(It's not a perfect system, I know, but it's the best I can come up with.)
Of the 37 players Tuberville's staff brought in in its final 1.5 classes that would have eligibility remaining for this season, only 11 -- 29.7 percent --remain.
Those 11 are: Cornerback T'Sharvan Bell, safety Drew Cole, linebacker Jonathan Evans, defensive end Dee Ford, linebacker Eltoro Freeman, linebacker Harris Gaston, tight end Philip Lutzenkirchen, running back Onterio McCalebb, wide receiver Travante Stallworth, safety Neiko Thorpe and quarterback Barrett Trotter.
Here's what happened to the other 26, broken into three categories:
Dismissed/left/transferred
Harry Adams – dismissed in Oct. ’09, still runs track for Tigers
Da’Shaun Barnes – left team in July ’09 due to injury
Dax Dellenbach – transferred to Florida State in ’10 as walk-on
DeRon Furr – transferred to Memphis in August ’08
Andre Harris – no longer on team in spring ’11
D’Antoine Hood – left team in July ’10, now at Alabama State
Marcus Jemison – left team in June ’09, went to Grambling State, now plays in CFL
Derrick Lykes – dismissed for violation of team rules this fall
Philip Pierre-Louis – no longer on team in spring ’11
Spencer Pybus – left team in Jan. ’10 due to injury
Jomarcus Savage – transferred to Grambling State in July ’09
Eric Smith – dismissed in Feb. ’11
Vance Smith – left team in Jan. ’10 due to injury
Christian Thompson – left team in June ’09, now at South Carolina St.
Andre Wadley – left team in July ’09 due to injury
Derek Winter – finished degree and left team in spring ’11 to pursue accounting career
Failed to qualify
Ken Adams – went to Copiah-Lincoln (Miss.) CC, signed with LSU in ’10
Cameron Henderson – went to Navarro (Texas) JC, signed with UCF this February
Reggie Hunt – went to Copiah-Lincoln CC (Miss.), signed with Southern Miss in ’10
Brandon Smith – went to Jones County (Miss.) CC
Freddie Smooth – failed to qualify, arrested and charged with 1st-degree murder in New Orleans in Dec. ’10
LaVoyd James – went to Navarro (Texas) JC, not on 2010 roster
Reggie Taylor – went to Mississippi Gulf Coast CC, not on current roster
Left for draft(s)
Darvin Adams – left early for 2011 NFL Draft, signed with Carolina Panthers
Nick Fairley – left early for 2011 NFL Draft, first-round pick of the Detroit Lions
Brandon Jacobs – signed with Boston Red Sox out of high school, hitting .321 in Class A
But before you go blaming Tuberville too much, also consider this: he and his staff deserve at least some of the credit for Auburn's national championship last year.
Tuberville's staff brought in -- or secured a commitment from for the Class of '09 -- 27 of the 35 players that started a game for the Tigers last year.
Those 27 players -- 77.1 percent of Auburn's starters -- compiled 235, or 76.3 percent, of the Tigers' starts.
Now, Gene Chizik and Co. obviously deserve the lion's share of the credit for continuing to develop Tuberville's players and bring in some important contributors of their own -- Cam Newton, Mike Dyer, Nosa Eguae, Brandon Mosley, Daren Bates, Demond Washington and Emory Blake, to name a few.
But if Tuberville is to be villified if a young Auburn team struggles through a rebuilding year this season, at least be mindful of his role in the good times as well.

Wow, I forgot about the whole Freddie Smooth charged with murder thing.
Again, I don't think those numbers spell doom and gloom. It just tells me that no one can really predict what this team will be all about.

How many can you dress, home, away? Isn't it 70 for road games? How many play in a game? 22-24 on D? 15-16 on Off.? Add maybe 10 more on Sp. Teams? 50 max get in a game, if that?
Yeah, it's not the best situation, but it's not dooms day by any stretch.

Wasn't calling doomsday. Was simply relaying frustration at yet another bad move by a player that does impact depth.
Prowler decided to go full on asshole and respond. Whatever.
