that much anymore...but Mark Ingram was in a wreck with an 18 wheeler this morning...like at 2am. Seems neither he nor his girlfriend were hurt but alcohol was involved......
-
Fuck! :&
We're about to get rid of Reggie Bush, and Ingram's going to go off and do something stupid like this.

Doesn't hurt my feelings.
As a New Orleans resident and Saints fan, I am still having a really hard time liking him...
Got no problems with the other former Bama players on the team, particular #41.

It took about 5 minutes after his name was announced at the draft for me to become a fan.

The only article I read said alcohol wasn't involved. However, it also said that an "entourage" showed up and drove him off before his car was towed.
Weird...

So it's already started. If alcohol was involved we'll never really know now.

All I know is he looked sharp during his Heisman ceremony.

The fact that you feel like you must like Ingram because you have been a New Orleans resident for 2 months = gay.
He is still a bammer.

^^^
BINGO!
Fuck Mark Ingram for life. If he plays for the Raiders, I hate the Raiders. If he plays for the Bucs, I hate the Bucs. The ONLY way I can overlook it is if he is injured and/or there are more Auburn players on the team.
Fuck. Mark. Ingram.
Do. Not. Like.
Ever.

Damn. We finally agree on something.

I've been a Saints fan for several years. Since a friend of mine started playing for them. Didn't watch NFL at all really though, so casual fan at best.
2 1/2 years ago I started dating a girl who grew up there, and whose family all lives there. Started getting into the NFL around this time also. I had a team to pull for.
Now I live there. It makes a difference. THS, Wench, & I believe Sweets are with me on this.
And I'm the one saying I'm not too crazy about him still. Take it up with THS.
Living in New Orleans and not being a Saints fan is like going to school at Auburn and not being an Auburn fan. I always hated those douches.

It makes a huge difference. I am now a Cowboy fan and keep up with the Rangers way more than I do the Cubs...

I have your back, Chad. I still think Ingram is a douche, but it's a team sport for a reason.
The Texans have DeMeco Ryans and I still cringe but he kicks ass on D. Plus Ben Tate cancels him out - and after IB this year, Ben made him wear AU to work out. That was sweet.
I think Ingram will not be all that and a bag o'chips. Good serviceable player but this is the big time and he pouts. JMHO.

I was born and raised in New Orleans.
I was Saints fan well before I went to Auburn.
But then again, I don't spend multiple hours a day on Saints message boards.

This is exactly like me, except we moved to NOLA when I was in 1st grade.

You can still hope Ingram falls in a hole on Endor.
Fuck that Ewok suit borrowing bastard.

So that made you what? 16? 17?

Pretty much. It's awesome being the only 3rd grader with your own car.

Just the old fat women who offer to show him some pussy.

Had to revise this because it was a topic of conversation between a friend of mine and me last night. My buddy works in the parts department of the Infiniti dealership in Huntsville on Leeman Ferry Road, the same road that Ingram wrecked on.
According to my friend the car that he wrecked wasn't Ingram's, it was a loaner from the dealership. Ingram knows the dealership owner's son and called him up at 1:00am asking to test drive a car, that after he signed he wanted to purchase a new QX56 (sticker price around $70k). Well the guy showed up at 1:00 am with dollar signs in his eyes and gave him an '08 G37 which Ingram promptly destroyed.
Nothing wrong with this whole thing (other than a car dealer thinking it was a good idea to offer test drives at one in the morning), just amusing and a little extra gossip to spread around.
