Need a bigger spread than that. I have three bets with Ohio folks. One beer per point different. I was thinking along the lines of 56-14

Petrino's mind is elsewhere. The thoughts of "victors valiant", Maize and Blue, and Winged Helmets might be too much of a distraction or he'll be using this game as his audition.

Hogs will roll Acorns.
0-10 against the SEC.
-
The vest is gonna need some of this after the game is over...

I'll take the Hogs big in this one.
Hogs - 42
Buckeyes - 20
-
If the hog defense continues to look like our secondary, it's gonna be a long night.
And maybe Mallet can get someone to catch the ball.
-
Geez...how did we only score 65 on these guys?
-
So...did Arkansas go ahead and make up plaques for the Seniors with the Bowl game considered an automatic win, like UGA did?
-
FUGLY!
-
Ryan Mallet is a 6'6 vagina. That is all.

Fuck Arkansas and the vagina.

Move over Bob Stoops a new "Big Game" Bobby is here.

Quick someone ask him if he wants to sell that trophy

Looks like my prediction wasn't all that silly afterall. Like I said before, tOSU may have weak competition, but the way their defense plays despite the low level of competition made me believe they lived up to the title of a top 10 defense. Maybe a little overrated at #2, but definitely top 10 quality. Their defense is one of the few defenses outside of the SEC that actually reminds me of an SEC defense.

Arkansas threw that game away but it does not diminish its accomplishments of the year.
I am still not impressed with Mallet when it comes to being clutch.

That will be his downfall in the NFL. IMO, he's useless if he's just going to make poor decisions when under pressure. That has been his big downside his entire college career. When he has all day to throw it, he's a machine. Very impressive. But if you need him to win a game for you in a 2 minute drill, don't count on it.

My 2 biggest problems with Mallett.
I think he chokes down the stretch and has a glass jaw.

- Fortunately for Ryan, they play flag football in the NFL.

I'll be honest.
Between this game and the Stanford game, I'm starting to second guess the SEC's overwhelming superiority over the Pac-10. Starting to get nervous.
I hope it's unfounded.

I'm confused, why would either of these games have anything to do with SEC overwhelming authority over the PAC-10.
Stanford played an ACC team and Ohio State is in the Big 10.
BTW we would have killed Ohio State last night...just sayin.

Why? OSU nearly let a game get away to a team that Auburn beat by 22 and Stanford beat a team that lost to James Madison.

Not panicking. Just acknowledging our mortality for the first time.
Just sayin, Stanford beat the shit out of a team most people thought would handle them.
Arkansas was a lot closer than 22 points make it appear, and they looked pretty terrible, especially in the first half, against a "co-champion" of the Big-10. The other two "co-champions" got embarrassed by TCU and Alabama. The whole Big 10 certainly appeared to be a joke after New Years.
I dunno, the sky's not falling or anything, but it just took a bite out of my confidence. I want to go in there feeling bulletproof.

I think Ohio St. is just one of those teams who would match up well with alot of teams in the country. I don't see it as anything more.
