Title: This...this could start becoming interesting, for most fans...

What is stopping us right now, as a solidified group,
from pooling a large chunk of money, and offering Jadaveon Clowney's mom $500,000
to come play at Alabama???

1. We are not affiliated with the University

2. She must swear not to tell Jadaveon

This is horseshit.

I dare ya.  Check that...I, Double Dog, dare ya.  Like I said, this could definitely get interesting, especially with a ignorant fanbase.

There are people out there that believe there's no difference in what Cam and Cecil did, and what happened at USC with Bush despite the fact that hundreds of thousands of dollars changed  hands, and that a coach at USC was involved and had knowledge of it all.

That can't see any difference in solicitation and actually receiving benefits, and that there is no rule against solicitation of benefits.

That don't get that Cam doesn't play for the program where this violation occurred.

That Auburn has been accused of NOTHING!  Not one shred of evidence exists, and nobody other than fans of jealous opposing fan bases have accused Auburn of anything.

The fact is, they all do get it, they just hate Auburn and wanted Auburn to suffer even though Auburn didn't do anything wrong.

Which is surprising considering the Albert Means case.  Means received no extra benefits, his coach was shopping him around and he played at Memphis, not Alabama the school that was offering the extra benefits.

I knew that a lot of people hated us, but damn, go to random team message boards.  The whole country is butthurt about this.  On levels I have never seen.

I would imagine that this all boils down to semantics.  I will assume that the NCAA will address this by re-wording the rule that is in place to cover if a player(s) parents, guardians, family member, blah, blah, blah solicits money even without the players knowledge.
