Auburn gained several first place votes this week from the coaches. We also gained several from the press too but of course that doesn't matter for the BCS. The points b/w Oregon and Auburn also have tightened up. I am expecting a very very close computer score come tonight. It was already very close but we might jump Oregon. If not, I certainly believe we will be #1 going to Glendale.

Has there ever been a tie for the #1 spot in the BCS, this late in the season?  If not, then there could be one tonight.

Yes sir. Separated by .002 of a point. I expect this to widen some in our favor after we win the SEC championship game.

Maybe. It's about the thickness of a thin cigarette paper. Some folks may even say its 2 ten thousandths.
