The 5 finalists for the 2010 Broyles Award will be announced on Monday, November 29. The 2010 Broyles Award winner will be announced on Monday, December 6 at 11:30 a.m. at the Peabody Hotel in Little Rock, AR. The Broyles Award is presented by The Rotary Club of Little Rock.

I think it is a pretty nice honor. YOUR head coach won it a few years back.

The head coach gets to nominate one assistant. Evidently a bunch chose not to. The board will winnow them down to 5. I think this is the first time Gus has been nominated.
