Being part Irish, it is my duty to inform you of Proposition 3-17.  This would make St. Patrick's Day a Federal Holiday.  It looks like it may be too little, too late, as the deadline was midnight of March 16.  Maybe they meant March 16, 2009?  Anyway, so your part and sign this petition.  I was #271,515, and they need 1 million signatures.
