I'm going crazy trying to remember the name of a bar in Auburn.
It was out Opelika road a bit. Was a restaurant, but better known as a bar.
Not Bottcher's. Tha place had a green color theme, bad parking lot out back. Was popular in the mid-90s.
Anyone? Bueller?

Highlands?
Not sure how long The Highlands was there before I arrived in 2003, but it had a green color theme and was out Opelika with parking in the back. Turned to something different around 2008. If this isn't what you are thinking of, it may have been the same building but changed names several times.

Greely's?

Not sure where Highlands is, but that name is not what I'm think of.

Nope.

I think it was called platinum, had quarter LIT's on Tuesdays or some night. It was no Harry's though.

Bars/Restaurants I remember on Opelika Highway...
Touchdowns
Legends (which changed to an outdoors theme my last year)
Ryans
Niffers
You already mentioned Bottchers
And of course Harry's. (Proverbs 31:7)
Strutting Duck II was also on Dean, between Glenn and Opelika Hwy.
