Michigan State coach suffers heart attack after OT win

EAST LANSING, Mich. -- A person with knowledge of the situation says Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio had a heart attack after his team's overtime victory against Notre Dame.

The person spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity Sunday because the school planned to make an announcement at a news conference later in the day.

The person said that Dantonio had a stent put in a blocked artery near his heart after the victory over Notre Dame on Saturday night. The Spartans used an audacious fake field to win 34-31.

Dantonio will be out indefinitely and offensive coordinator Don Treadwill will coach in his absence.

Did you see that last play call?  It damn near gave me a heart attack and I don't care about either team.  Hope the coach is ok.

Yes I did and that call was a shocker. It was a huge win for Dantonio though I hope he recovers well. This was also a day of kicking woes, Iowa misses the extra point that changes the complexion of it's outcome with Arizona and that poor kid from Clemson misses on the second go 'round to force double OT v. AU. Quite a day for tv games not to forget the Arky win over UGA and the Duke undressing by Bama.

I felt flushed after the AU game - took my temp as a lark.  100.5 degrees.  Took about an hour for it to come down to normal.

A stress-induced fever?  Only Auburn...

Sex raises the core temp.

Girls mature faster than boys... who never mature at all...

plus when men get gray hair they look distinguished until they are 60, when they look like geezers.  When women get gray hair they find a gifted colorist to cover that shit upthey are baggy hos.

I would have said crocheted but I didn't know how to spell it. Windows spell check was trying to tell me to crotch something.

Good thing. Using the word would have resulted in a hit to the man points. Spelling it correctly would have been catastrophic.
