I wasn't sold on Jones and thought more of Fisher's chances with a fresh start and some talent, but either Oklahoma has superior talent, FSU sucks in pass defense or Jones has improved significantly.
Then again I guess it could be all of the above.

I had harbored some thoughts that FSU might have some talent based on their recruiting of late, and that Fisher would breathe some life in to them quickly and maybe even contend this year. I would appear that coming back from a long stretch of mediocrity is going to be a slower go than I had thought.

I don't think FSU has it. I didn't think that before the season and it looks like to me that any stiff competition they will have a hard time beating or they will lose. Their glory days look to be behind them. Diddy should have retired years ago and gave the program to someone that could maintain what he had going.

Well it doesn't look real bright for this year for sure, Okie hammered them. I do think Fisher can get them back but they def need some talent upgrade. You're right about Diddy, I think he may have stayed one too many.
