So this clown was able to negotiate with the little, pot-bellied tyrant to get this hostage released eh?  One wonders why he couldn't get the American hostages released from the Iranian mad mullahs in 1979?  Maybe he took along Maddy Albright with him this go around so she could clink champagne glasses with Kim Jong mentally-ill (again) and give him some additional nuclear reactors.  Well, at least the little creep can re-sell them to his Iranian friends and complete the circle of goodness!
