There was a video game for the first Playstation. It was NCAA Gamebreaker (not sure if it is in the EA line of games or not), and Carter was unstoppable.

Cecil Collins and Kevin Faulk were supreme badasses in that game, too. Played tons of AU/LSU with my cajun buddy.
