I had to bust balls because it's not even pronounced how you tried to spell it. Phonetically, it's "Ying-ling".
How do you know? Have you spoken to the founder of the brewery? It could be younglin. Yanglin. Yinglin. yongling. OR that damn beer that starts with a "y".
