You know what this list made me realize?
The SEC QBs suck major donkey balls.
Mallet is the only one with any real talent or experience. The fact that there is even a logical debate to put McElory #2 shows how inept the passing game is in our conference.
Some of that may just be perception because of the inexperience of some and the systems for others. FT Mallet Cat is easily the #1 as far as having the physical tools. He's had 1 season in the SEC on an average ball club. Brantley played behind St. Tebow but this kid was all that and a bag of Doritos coming out of H.S. and he's done nothing but rock when he's had the chance, albeit against some scrubs. In 09' he was 36/48 410 yards 7 TD's and 0 Ints. He may turn out to be the class of the field with a full season in Bourbon Cryers system.
McElroy plays for Lord Saybinz and is limited by the grind it out, play action scheme. However, when he's called on to pass, he looks damn good. Different system..he might be just like Brantley will be this year. Garcia has the arm and the pedigree. He just plays in a shitty program under a coach everyone figured out 10 years ago.
