Say this over and over in your head and contemplate the ridiculousness of it.

Try reading the article. It touches on how the blogs and the radio airwaves are discussing this. Of course, with your hard-on for everything librul, you probably just ignored it.

I was just flipping channels and stopped on her hot ass talking on the Joy Behar Show.

When asked if she thought it was fair that they asked such difficult questions, her answer was:

"Absolutely. I mean, it's about more than just looks, it's about intelligence. I mean, you wouldn't want a Miss America that you ask her 'What are the three judicial branches' and she answers 'What's that?'"

I chortled.

Commie-lib TV at its finest...

I seriously doubt that Joy is even capable of recognizing the flub-up.

I chortled.

Flipping channels...........................................  I'll be nice.

Why the fuck would I TiVo Joy Behar?

Even if I was the lefty lunatic you guys try to imagine that I am, I'd probably be watching Rachel Maddow or Keith Olberman.

I do TiVo the Daily Show & Colbert, if that pisses you off.

I'm teaching a class here in Rochester, NY this week. I was drinking a beer in my hotel room, but no DVR, sorry.

I don't know how you operate, but a hot ass chick like the one that just won Miss America tends to put my channel surfing to a halt.

Ignorance? Sure. Because obviously Miss America and Miss USA are one and the same:

Miss USA:

Miss America:

I thought it smelled like a fish market around here...

By the way, those career-politicians have got to be nervous right now.  I mean, the voters are really pissed this time around, and the arrogant bastard in the White House just seems to make matters worse when he runs his mouth.  Woody Allen might have a solution...

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2010/05/woody-allen-obama.html

Quote
Top political strategist Woody Allen thinks Obama would get much more done as dictator; No, really
May 18, 2010 |  2:22 am

The notorious and formerly funny movie director Woody Allen is apparently frustrated with the cumbersome operations of American democracy too.

The one-time-father-now-husband-of-his-daughter tells the Spanish-language magazine La Vanguardia that the United States' Democratic Smoker-in-Chief could accomplish a whole lot more from his White House if he didn't have so many disorderly, annoying people objecting, distracting and criticizing him all the time.

Such social messiness has been known to occur in functioning democracies, even cinematic ones, although less often on celebrity-strewn movie sets under the direction of a dictatorial director.

"It would be good...if (Obama) could be dictator for a few years because he could do a lot of good things quickly," Allen is quoted as saying.

Allen is also said to have said:

I am pleased with Obama. I think he is brilliant. The Republican Party should get out of his way and stop trying to hurt him.

With healthcare and the economy now fully fixed, no doubt one area in urgent need of sweeping Obama-style reforms would be targeting movie reviewers who write negatively about Hollywood. Or about its politician favorites.

Might as well...  With his hostile takeover of GM and such, what more would we expect from this maniac?

I think that you're absolutely right.

I've noted several commentators (such as Gingrich as I recall) saying this is an anti-Democrat movement but I disagree completely.  I think the outcome of the recent super-Tuesday was the result of an anti-incumbent/ career politician movement meaning that Republicans are not going to be immune this Fall.  The fact that Rand Paul won in Kentucky over Trey Grayson (hand picked by Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell) shows that Republican leadership is still tone-deaf to the rising voter anger.

I don't expect the Dems to get what's going on because they're blinded by the glory of The ONE but the elected "establishment" leaders at the RNC better wake up or they'll find themselves shown to the door sooner than later.

THIS.....the GOP is not immune to this backlash either. And shouldn't be. And this race was not even close.  Grayson has McConnell and Giuliani with him if that tells you how much voters DON'T care about the old guard.
