If you're using your laptop, ipad, watch TV, play video games or anything else besides sleep in your bedroom. Your brain becomes accustomed to doing those things in the bedroom. When I having to go to work at 2:00a and work 12 hours on top of the 2 hours of driving time, I decided to watch my TV, play video games, get on the computer in another room. Now, when I hit the bed...I'm usually out within 30 min. Plus, I take 3mg of Melatonin to help me reach my Omega sleep quicker, which allows me to hit the ground running with only 4-5 hours of sleep. Try that TW, try moving all of your nightly activites into another room for a week straight. Have your bedroom set aside for sleep only. That should help.
