"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Pat Benatar's Greatest Hits

It wasn't until I started listening to them all back to back that I realized just how much they all sound the same.  Heavy drum beat, lots of pounding guitar, lots of 80's version of female rage.  Not complaining - her vocals are amazing - but she really does have a signature sound, if you want to call it that.

She was a role model for me when I was an angst filled teenaged girl... a hot chick in lots of leather, girl power and kicking guys to the curb...

We Belong, Shadows of the Night and Invincible are some of my favorites.

I just had an '80's movie montage flash through my head.

You meet a man on the Oregon Trail. He tells you his name is Terry. You laugh and tell him: "That's a girl's name!" Terry shoots you. You have died of dissin' Terry.

"All Fired Up" & "Hell is for Children" are my favorites.

All Fired Up just because it kicks some ass.
The other cause it pissed off the radical church side in Alabama that didn't bother investigating what the song was about (child abuse) only that it said "Hell is for Children" in the title and chorus.
