Today I picked up my $50 gift certificate to McGuire's courtesy of one Kaos. He honored an offhand bet made months ago.

Say what you will about the guy, but he pays his debts.

The only question is...does McGuires serve up the tasty Fo-Twinney? Went ot the Red Bar in Grayton weekend before last and they were out of 420 Draft. I asked if you had just left there.

Nope. McGuire's sells their beer only. At least that's the draft selection. Never tried ordering a bottle there.

Although I agreed with some of what he has said. He just argued, for the sakes of arguing. And when you brought up points (or facts) to dispute what he was saying, he would turn it into brutal name calling. Discussing points with him was like banging your head against the wall.

He’s the kind of guy that would win a 2 million dollar lotto, and bitch because it wasn’t 4.

He isn't in to name calling...he will tell you exactly how he feels about your opinion though, but that's not name calling. He's hard for some folks to get...took me a while, but I've read some of the stuff he's written elesewhere...he knows what he's talking about, even if you don't like what he has to say, or how he says it.

Sorry, wound up coming back much earlier than originally planned. Finished the triathlon in Mexico Beach (The El Governor is one fine hotel) I did make it to Red Bar and then Acme that night but that was the extent of my activities before heading back.
