Tigers beat Jax State 9-7. That's the same score of our game with them roughly 3 weeks ago. The Gamecocks are pesky bastards. This one was a scrap all the way through the 8th.

We play Clemson tomorrow.

Game one was delayed for 90 minutes by rain and the first inning took 31 minutes, so the AU game might not start until 8 or so.

AU's Dayton (pitcher) up to 70 pitches already. He's had to work his ass off so far. Clemson has fouled off at least half of those pitches.

Had a sign of life when Jenkins reached 1st on an error by the shortstop, but we promptly hit into a double play next at bat.

We are getting no-hit to this point and we don't look any closer to putting a bat on Harmon (Clemson pitcher).
