"Hey my friends are the ones that wanted to eat at that shitty hole in the wall that only served bread and wine.  What kind of brick and mud business model is that.  Stick to the cart if that's all you're going to serve.  Then that dude came in with like 12 other people, and some of them weren't even wearing shoes, and the restaurant sat them right across from us. It was gross, and they were all stinky and dirty.  Then dude starts talking about eating his body and drinking his blood...I almost lost it.  That's the last supper I'll ever have there, and I hope he dies a horrible death."

Solid entry.

And fuck this:

Whitesnake, RATT, Warrant....

Warrant is the lesser of this group, but none of these compare with the suckitude of Stryper.  RATT had some great songs ('Round and Round is quite a stripper anthem).  Whitesnake gets a pass for the once-magnificent Tawny Kitaen.

Trixter was a good choice.

I'd also offer: Firehouse.

Totally agree, wes.  I loved Don't Know What You Got... was the theme to many a break up note response...

i am hard pressed to name a "Worst" one - they all had their moments, their pinnacle of hairsprayed greatness...

How about Britny Fox?

Had it misspelled.  Not Samantha Fox.  This was a group of dudes.  The album was called "Girls School", I think.

You can suck less than Stryper and still suck. Yes - I think Stryper was THAT bad.

Yeah, I'm not lobbying for Cinderella's inclusion in any "best of" lists, but they are certainly not THE worst.

"Bad Seamstress Blues" alone is a solid enough song to keep them off any worst of list.

Some more:  Mr. Big (Kaos' favorite), Slaughter, Europe (simp's favorite), WASP, Guiffria, Winger (my favorite).

I take Whitesnake back because Coverdell wasnt actually a terrible vocalist.

Most underrated front man of all time? Paul Rodgers - although I think Bad Company was avg. He made them ok.

IMO
Mr. Big = Not the worst but deffintely playing to the marketing of the time

Slaughter = gets a pass for "Up All Night" and "Fly to the Angels".

Europe = Agree completely

WASP = You are way off base here.  WASP was not a hair band by definition.  Completely metal.  Blackie Lawless was a trend setter for what would later become the West coast metal movement.  WASP will always hold a special place in my heart for not taking any shit off of Tipper Gore and her PRMC organization that was encroaching on free speech.  I am reminded of this piece with Dee Snider...

Winger = There is a reason why the lame kid on Beavis and Butthead wore the winger shirt
