2001 Auburn recruiting class
« on: January 28, 2010, 03:35:29 PM »
I'm not sure what may or may not be correct about the list I'm looking at, but here are some names from that class.  Now some of these guys turned out to be big names, but without "stars" and ratings on the list I'm looking at, I'm not sure how big some of their names were the day they signed.

Carlos Rogers
Jay Ratliff
Carnell Williams
David Irons
Cooper Wallace
Travis Williams
Jake Slaughter
Silas Daniels
Antarrious Williams
Wayne Dickens
Anthony Mix
Brandon Jacobs
Danny Lindsey

I'm sure there are other names from that class that are not ringing a bell of importance to me for some reason, but that's a pretty damn good group.

What's interesting too is how many came from places other than high school.  There were five guys in the class from military institutes (including Daniels, Ratliff, Rogers).

But Saban would be a crystal-ball genius if he signed him.
