Rumors like this predate the internet. If googling his name produces zero news results, going to google news provides nothing about his death, and his wikipedia page and official website mention nothing of it, he's still kicking. Pun intended.

That was one of the first sites that I went to, but then I noticed that it was last updated on the 29 of last month.  Word was that he'd died yesterday.  Oh well, I'm sure we would've heard more about it if it had happened.
