Redskins cornerback DeAngelo Hall said, "Guys don't mind hitting Michael Vick in the open field, but when you see Cam, you have to think about how you're going to tackle him. He's like a big tight end coming at you."

I'm sure you would have blamed him had we ended up in the Pizza Bowl.  Can you not suck it up and give him a little credit when deserved?

A veteran is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to 'The United States of America ' for an amount of 'up to and including my life.' That is Honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.'

Wouldn't have been his fault other than the fact that he made the hire.

Most of the arguments around here seem to stem from what people THINK I would say or do should a certain situation arise.  That's a failed exercise.

When all records are equal the AD absolutely plays a big role in the brokering their perspective bowl invite.  What do you think happened?  The Outback bowl put a bunch of names in a hat and just picked one out?

They looked at who could sell the most tickets, bring the most fans.  That kind of thing.

AD begging?  Not so much.

But was Jacobs not doing a good job of lobbying? All of the other teams had an equal chance and failed. We won the bowl. Begging doesnt work with Outback executives. I think our Athletic Dept did a good job here. And I dont say that often. You know this big pimp.

Okay. Ya'll win.  Jacobs is a fucking awesome AD.  We're damn lucky to have somebody with a head that size and eyes that beady running the department.

And that Chizik?  Best thing since sliced fucking butter.  We are the envy of the known world and probably some alien races because his big ass chin dooby-doos on OUR sideline.
