Well, when somebody passes out at the wheel at a green light, interior of the vehicle reeks of alcohol, bloodshot eyes, can hardly tell somebody his name and date of birth, and can barely walk, its a pretty good assumption. I mean shit, OJ wasn't guilty.......

Could have just been really tired.  I'd claim I was a DD, really tired, a friend spilled booze in the back seat, I'd refuse to blow, call a good lawyer...... and then get my ass out of it.

I'm surprised no one has brought up the Sergio Kindle episode. 

Kindle crashed a car into an apartment building at 2:00am.  They rolled the car out of the building, and then left the scene.  They phoned in the accident at 10am. 

But don't worry.  It wasn't drinking and driving.  Just a bad accident that scared him.  Let him play!
