I think it is quite apparent what I was asking. Everybody knows "team rules", however, what did he do to violate those team rules that was more severe than Eric Smith getting arrested?

I figured he took the correct angle and made a form tackle on the ball carrier in the last game. That is apparently a violation of team policy this year.
