You've gotten really good at this kind of stuff.  A little heavy on the Chizik for my taste, but what else is there, really?

Do you do this just for fun or do you do any marketing consulting?

I heard...from "the skreets", of course, that Auburn had told him to C&D (Cease and Desist) on the videos.  I haven't heard about the possibility of being sued.  Does 96 frequent TigersX?  If so, I'd like to hear what, if anything, has happened.

So this is similar to the UAT vs. Daniel Moore issue.  Let the guy have his fun, I say.  It's not like he's profiting from making the videos (a la Moore).

YouTube asking him to remove the videos doesn't mean he's being sued.  Actually two of the four videos I had made were removed due to copyright claims on the music used.   It's just YouTube's way of moderation...

I hope he's not getting sued, lord knows there's an endless supply of illegally used material on that site if that's the case.

I talk with him every once in a while.  I'll ask him what's up next time I talk to him.
