Louisiana Human Resources Manager

TETRA Technologies’ Offshore division is currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for its Louisiana locations. This position will be responsible for managing the day-to-day Human Resources responsibilities for the south Louisiana operations. This position will be based in the Houma, Louisiana location. The ideal candidate should have at least five (5) to ten (10) years Human Resource generalist experience to include Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Employee Relations, Regulatory Compliance and Performance Management.  A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.  Must be willing to travel.
